I have a question, why o you not shampoo all of the hair? It says to only wash the scalp and only condition the ends. I feel like shampoo and condition the middle part too?

U need this product now. I have very thick, textured, wavy hair and this product did everything I needed. I love the scent. My hair feels so much softer and shiny.
