Returns policy
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Criteria for accepting returns:
- the products should be unused and sealed- the product packaging should be in its original condition
- returned goods shipping costs should be covered by you
You can send your return inquiry by email info@hairjazz.us. Your return inquiry will be processed within 3 business days. We will either exchange the products or give you a full refund.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges) less any collection charges. If you return a part of an order, we will recalculate any applicable delivery charge for the remaining part of the order and also deduct this from the refund.- We reserve the right to refuse a return and to ask for proof of identification.
- You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery, however, you may receive your order before you have time to cancel it.
