I've been using this after every shower and I believe it has made my flanks, lower abdomen, and especially thighs firmer and less textured. I love the smell and find a little goes a long way so it seems that it will last me for a while. I just massage into my damp skin after a shower. It absorbs beautifully. It has replaced my cellulite cream which I didn’t like at all.
